How long will my order take to arrive?

If your order is not personalised, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you've opted for a personalised item/s, please allow 3-5 business days for personalisation prior to shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Standard Shipping within Australia: Estimate 3-7 Business days (not including production time)
Express Shipping within Australia: Estimate 1-4 Business days (not including production time)

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number to the email that was registered at checkout. You can use this number to track your item with Australia Post.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $149 AUD.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, absolutely! Feel free to reach out with any custom order requests by emailing us directly at hello@ohhlittlelove.com.au. We will try our best to accommodate. Just keep in mind additional charges may apply based on the complexity of the request.

Why is the stabiliser still attached to my item?

To maintain the high quality and longevity of embroidery on all our personalised items, we use a premium cut away stabiliser. This type of stabiliser is used to ensure that the embroidery remains in place over time and after multiple washes. Without this specific backing, the embroidery can distort, disfigure and pucker over time through use and washes.

An Iron-on stabiliser is placed on the back of all kids clothing. This is used to cover the embroidery stitching on the back of the fabric to prevent scratching and irritation to your little loves skin. After a few washes, the iron-on stabiliser may begin to lift, which is completely normal. To restore, just use a hot iron to press it back down.

How will my order be packaged?

Our products are packed into our custom Ohh Little Love re-usable cotton drawstring bag.

Will invoices be sent with my items?

No, none of our parcels are sent with invoices/pricing. You will receive a confirmation email with your order and pricing details, ensuring the recipient will not receive any of this information.

Can I send a personalised message to the recipient?

You sure can! Please make sure to leave your personal message in the notes section at checkout. We will hand write your message on our A6 logo postcard for you.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded due to change of mind, or any errors during the ordering process. We thoroughly check all items before being sent. Please ensure you triple check that your order, font selection, thread colour and spelling is correct.

In the unlikely event that there is a mistake or an issue with your order please email us within 7 days of receiving your item/s at hello@ohhlittlelove.com.au, please include photos if possible.

What happens if I make a mistake on my personalisation?

In most cases your order will be processed very quickly so please ensure you triple check that your order, font selection, thread colour and spelling is correct.

Email us at hello@ohhlittlelove.com.au as soon as possible and we will endeavor to do our best to amend the personalisation. Please include "URGENT ATTENTION + YOUR ORDER NUMBER" in the subject line. However, we cannot guarantee the change as your order may have already been processed. If you order has already been personalised or dispatched, we will be unable to cancel or refund.

My discount code isn't working?

Only ONE discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be used on sale items.

Gift Card T&C's

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The entire value of the gift card must be redeemed in one transaction. Gift cards cannot be redeemed with any other discount codes. Gift cards are non-refundable.
