REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS/RETURNS:
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded due to change of mind, or any errors during the ordering process. We thoroughly check all items before being sent. Please ensure you triple check that your order, font selection, thread colour and spelling is correct.

In the unlikely event that there is a mistake or an issue with your order please email us within 7 days of receiving your item/s at hello@ohhlittlelove.com.au, please include photos if possible.

If an item is approved for refund, it must be returned in the exact same way as you received it, unused and all tags attached in its original packaging. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Sale items are final. Returns and exchanges are not eligible on sale items.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Please ensure you inspect your parcel upon its arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item/s. If 7 days have passed since the date your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we are unable to assist further.

In most cases your order will be processed very quickly so please ensure you triple check that your order, font selection, thread colour and spelling is correct.

Email us at hello@ohhlittlelove.com.au as soon as possible and we will endeavor to do our best to amend the personalisation. Please include "URGENT ATTENTION + YOUR ORDER NUMBER" in the subject line. However, we cannot guarantee the change as your order may have already been processed. If you order has already been personalised or dispatched, we will be unable to cancel or refund.
