SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:
If your order is not personalised, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you've opted for a personalised item/s, please allow 3-5 business days for personalisation prior to shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Standard Shipping within Australia: Estimate 3-7 Business days (not including production time)
Express Shipping within Australia: Estimate 1-4 Business days (not including production time)

Allow extra time for shipping during peak holiday seasons.

CHARGES:
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $149 AUD. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept the following payment methods on our website: Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal.
All product prices and payments on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

TRACKING:
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number to the email that was registered at checkout. You can use this number to track your item with Australia Post.

Please note Ohh Little Love are not held responsible for any late, lost or damaged deliveries from Australia Post. We are unable to provide further assistance in regard to shipping once it has left our studio. We provide a tracking number with all orders. Please contact Australia Post directly in relation to your delivery.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Ohh little Love are not held responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customer at checkout. Ensure your personal details, such as delivery address and contact information are accurate and correct. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details. If your order is returned to sender, you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend it.

Please ensure you inspect your parcel upon its arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item/s. If 7 days have passed since the date your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we are unable to assist further.
