Personalisation

Personalised items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded due to change of mind, or any errors during the ordering process. We thoroughly check all items before being sent.

We do our very best to show accurate images of each product and the threads true colour, but please note each screen may display differently. Actual colours may differ slightly.
All our fonts are case sensitive. Ensure all spelling and capitalisation is correct prior to check out. Once embroidered, it cannot be unpicked.

Name Sizing:
Names are restricted to the available space for each product. Each product specifies the maximum width for personalisation. Note that longer names result in smaller text, while shorter names appear larger in size.
Blanket- Maximum embroidery width: 26cm
Pyjamas- Maximum embroidery width: 10cm/15cm (depending on name)
Overalls- Maximum embroidery width: 15cm
Knitted Rompers- Maximum embroidery width: 10cm/15cm (depending on name)

Backing Stabiliser:
To maintain the high quality and longevity of embroidery on all our personalised items, we use a premium cut away stabiliser. This type of stabiliser is used to ensure that the embroidery remains in place over time and after multiple washes. Without this specific backing, the embroidery can distort, disfigure and pucker over time through use and washes.

An Iron-on stabiliser is placed on the back of all kids clothing. This is used to cover the embroidery stitching on the back of the fabric to prevent scratching and irritation to your little loves skin. After a few washes, the iron-on stabiliser may begin to lift, which is completely normal. To restore, just use a hot iron to press it back down.

If your order is not personalised, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you've opted for a personalised item/s, please allow 3-5 business days for personalisation prior to shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
