Turn the handwriting of someone you love into a keepsake you’ll treasure forever.

Some of life's most precious memories are tucked away in a handwritten note, a card, a signature, or a simple drawing. We can transform those meaningful pieces into a keepsake for your home. Turning ink into stitch, preserving the moments, memories and love you never want to fade.

The pieces that stitch best are often the simplest: short notes, signatures, a few meaningful words, a small section from a longer letter, children's handwriting, or simple drawings. Each keepsake is stitched to order from your digital image. We always strive to carefully capture every stroke, curve, and detail of the original as closely as possible.

How to Order:

Select your preferred Love Note size and orientation, then complete your purchase. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number. Simply reply to that email and attach your digital image and we’ll take it from there, ready to transform it into your cherished keepsake. If your photo isn’t clear enough, is too long or detailed to stitch, or we’re unable to create a suitable embroidery file, we’ll contact you to discuss the best solution. If we’re unable to create your keepsake, there’s nothing to worry about- you’ll receive a full refund.

A clear photo or scan will give the best result. Natural light and a photo taken directly from above works beautifully. For the best results, please avoid blurry photos, heavy shadows, dark lighting, images taken at an angle, folded notes that obscure the handwriting, or pixelated screenshots and photos taken from too far away.

As your Love Note is supplied as a digital file, we cannot guarantee the final piece will match the exact dimensions of the original. Your Love Note will be carefully resized and adjusted to suit your selected frame size and orientation, with every effort made to preserve its original appearance and character as closely as possible. Each Love Note is made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Please note: If your image contains multiple colours, we are unable to create your keepsake using multiple thread colours. Only the selected thread colour will be used. Embroidered on 100% Cotton, finished with scalloped edges. Choose from sizes: 4x6 inches (approx. 10cm x 15cm) or 5x7 inches (approx. 13cm x 18 cm)

Personalisation

Personalised items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded due to change of mind, or any errors during the ordering process. We thoroughly check all items before being sent.

We do our very best to show accurate images of each product and the threads true colour, but please note each screen may display differently. Actual colours may differ slightly.
All our fonts are case sensitive. Ensure all spelling and capitalisation is correct prior to check out. Once embroidered, it cannot be unpicked.

Name Sizing:
Names are restricted to the available space for each product. Each product specifies the maximum width for personalisation. Note that longer names result in smaller text, while shorter names appear larger in size.
Blanket- Maximum embroidery width: 26cm
Pyjamas- Maximum embroidery width: 10cm/15cm (depending on name)
Overalls- Maximum embroidery width: 15cm
Knitted Rompers- Maximum embroidery width: 10cm/15cm (depending on name)

Backing Stabiliser:
To maintain the high quality and longevity of embroidery on all our personalised items, we use a premium cut away stabiliser. This type of stabiliser is used to ensure that the embroidery remains in place over time and after multiple washes. Without this specific backing, the embroidery can distort, disfigure and pucker over time through use and washes.

An Iron-on stabiliser is placed on the back of all kids clothing. This is used to cover the embroidery stitching on the back of the fabric to prevent scratching and irritation to your little loves skin.

Processing and Shipping

If your order is not personalised, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you've opted for a personalised item/s, please allow 3-5 business days for personalisation prior to shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Little Love Notes are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
